If you would like to proceed with a booking in one of our spaces the events team would draw up a contract for you to confirm the date and then 50% of the minimum spend is required upon signing the contract and the other 50% is due 30 days before the event date.

Unfortunately no unused minimum spend can be credited towards a future booking.

Yes, own music can be played in both the private dining room and Above Wolves (for exclusive hire only)

Unfortunately there is no cloakroom available.

Over 30 days before the booking your full deposit will be refunded. Within 30 days you will receive 50% of your deposit refunded. Within 3 days of the booking you will forfeit your deposit. Please note we can move your booking to another date within the same calendar year free of charge provided you give us 2 weeks notice.

If 3 months notice is provided a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If under 3 months notice but over 2 months notice is given then the 50% deposit will be retained but the remaining 50% will be cancelled. For under 2 months notice the client would be liable for the full minimum spend.

This would not be applicable to events at Wolves of Toyko.

Children are allowed to attend bookings in the private dining room provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are not permitted at Above Wolves post 5pm.

For all events, food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Corkage may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
